Your audiologist arrives at your scheduled time with full clinical equipment. They'll set up in any quiet room of your choosing, complete the assessment in 45-60 minutes, and discuss findings before leaving. You'll receive a written report within 24 hours.

We currently serve Greater London, Surrey, Kent, Berkshire, and Hertfordshire. Use the postcode checker on the booking page to confirm coverage in your area.
Do I need a GP referral?
No referral needed. You can book any service directly. If your audiologist identifies anything that needs onward medical care, they'll write a letter to your GP for you.
What does it cost?
Hearing tests start at £75, wax removal at £60, and tinnitus consultations at £85. Hearing aid fittings start from £995 and include a 30-day trial. There are no hidden fees — your full quote is shown before you confirm.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Absolutely. Free reschedule or cancellation up to 24 hours before your visit, with a full deposit refund. After that, the £25 deposit is non-refundable.
