When your hearing aids stop performing, you should not have to go without them. Your audiologist comes to you, diagnoses the fault, and carries out repairs on the spot wherever possible.
For faults that need the manufacturer, we coordinate the repair for you and keep you hearing in the meantime where a loan device is available.
Many hearing aid problems come down to blocked tubing, a worn receiver, a clogged wax guard, or a connectivity glitch — all of which can usually be resolved in your home in one appointment.
Your audiologist will fully inspect and clean your devices, replace any worn parts, troubleshoot Bluetooth and app issues, and confirm everything is working before they leave. If a repair needs the manufacturer, we handle the logistics for you.
